Cambric Board Appoints Florin Muntean as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

New Position Brings the Direction of Domestic and International Operations Together Under One Senior Executive

DRAPER, UT (July 30, 2008) – Global engineering services outsourcing company, Cambric Corporation, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the promotion of Florin Muntean to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Muntean had been functioning as the VP of International Operations. In this new role he will be responsible for all of Cambric’s global operations to include U.S. and international account management, program management, engineering centers and on-site engineering (non-secured).

“We feel that by bringing operations under one roof and by unifying processes across boundaries, we will best position Cambric to leverage and expand its engineering capabilities globally” Mr. Muntean said.

Mr. Muntean is a native Romanian who was granted U.S. citizenship in 2006. He holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Traian Vuia (Timisoara, Romania) and recently completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Muntean makes his home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
