Off-site Program Management

Cambric’s dedicated project managers work from an off-site location with your engineering organization to clearly define engineering projects, administer the execution of the projects at Cambric engineering centers, manage the flow of data, and ensure quality deliveries.

On-site Liaison

Cambric deploys skilled engineers to your offices to become a part of your engineering team and to coordinate work with Cambric’s design centers where work is executed. The on-site liaison may also complete engineering tasks. The on-site resource will manage projects, interface with the design center, and facilitate delivery back to you.

Multi-vendor / Multi-sourcing

In many cases, an engineering project may require a variety of skills that do not exist at a particular client site or are not available from a single services provider. Cambric project managers will work with your organization to clearly identify project requirements, coordinate and direct cross-organizational teams that will meet project requirements, and manage the delivery of services.
